Who Said It?

UPDATE: Believe it or not, this statement was made by none other than Jerry Seinfeld in his book SeinLanguage (as quoted by Reader’s Digest, August 2007, p. 85). The reason I found this quote so compelling is that it came from a celebrity. Who thought one could be so thoughtful? Especially a comedian like Seinfeld whose comedy is characterized by a focus on life’s trivialities. What was it George Castanza said about the concept of their sitcom …”it’s a show about nothing.”? I guess that’s what made it so funny.
